Stone Star Riverside

Stone Star consists of a 5 asset portfolio. Cimmaron (141 finished lots) sold within about 1 year of the portfolio purchase allowing Lansing and its partners to recoup most of our original investment. We quickly sold off McLaughlin South (91 TTM lots) and Eucalyptus Grove (166 ready to record lots) and Stone Creek (223 lots) to Meritage Homes.  These transactions combined got our investors all their money back and all advances, plus preferred return.
