Highgrove is located at the southeast corner of Center Street and California Avenue in the unincorporated community of Highgrove in Riverside County. Approved for 846 condo units and a 7.6 acre commercial pad. The residential portion was sold to Foremost Communities while Lansing continues to market the remaining commercial pad.
