The Rancho Bella Vista Specific Plan lays the foundation for a vibrant new neighborhood in the City of Moreno Valley. Spanning across approximately 150 acres. This Specific Plan is divided into 11 Planning Areas with a total of 1,023 dwelling units and 60.7 acres of privately maintained open space. Entitlements for Rancho Bella Vista are currently in progress.
