The PUD may include multiple large buildings or a mix of smaller buildings, but will not exceed 4,000,000 gross square feet of industrial buildings, 60,000 square feet of commercial, 680 multifamily units, and 162 single family units. Actual building size, configuration and location will be determined at the time of building permit to meet the needs of future users.
Northern Prado Ranch is approved for 506 residential lots ranging in size from 5,500 sf to 24,058 sf. The project density is 3.3 units per acre.
